Terms
The ground rules.
Using this site
This site describes a venture in development, and we present it honestly: live work, concepts in exploration, and ambitions clearly labelled. The words and pictures here belong to Symphony Haus — please ask before reproducing them.
Projects & proposals
Commissioned work begins with a conversation and a written scope. Proposals are valid for thirty days unless they say otherwise, and any change to scope is agreed in writing before it is billed.
Concepts are not products
Haus Editions concepts shown on this site are explorations, not offerings. Nothing is for sale yet, which is also why you will find no prices or product claims about them.
Intellectual property
On final payment, commissioned work belongs to you, with the house keeping the right to show it in its portfolio and ask for credit. The house retains its generic know-how, methods and pre-existing tools. Site content remains © Symphony Haus.
Payments
Projects are booked with a deposit and billed at milestones agreed in the proposal. The specifics live in each proposal — this page just promises there will be no surprises outside it.
Liability
The house is small and works with care, but no work is perfect. Our liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for it, except where the law says otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Questions
Anything unclear: symphonyhausco@gmail.com. We would rather explain it twice than have you assume it.
